Massage & Bodywork
Advanced therapeutic massage and corrective bodywork for chronic pain, recovery, and long-term results. Not a day at the spa — something that works.
Your Provider
Most people who end up on Alex's table have already tried other things. Chiropractic. Physical therapy. Other massage therapists. Maybe medication. Things helped for a day or two, then the same pain came back in the same place.
He understands that experience more personally than most.
By the age of 19, Alex had already been through two knee surgeries — including an ACL reconstruction — and the physical therapy that followed. It helped, but it left a lot to be desired. That gap became the driving force behind his entire career. He went to college specifically to understand the body at a deeper level, and that path led him to some of the most respected figures in the field — including a medical doctor, a chiropractor, and the father of neuromuscular therapy himself. A decade of full-time clinical practice followed.
The turning point in his own recovery came when a mentor identified a 15mm leg length difference — a structural imbalance that had been driving compensation patterns throughout his entire body for years. That discovery didn't just change how he felt. It confirmed everything he had come to believe about what real assessment looks like and why most treatment falls short.
Every first appointment starts at the desk, not the table. Alex does a detailed postural assessment and a thorough intake — asking questions, taking notes, looking at how your structure is organized before hands ever touch your body. Because where you hurt and where the problem actually lives are rarely the same place. Most therapists treat the symptom because that's what you pointed to. Alex looks for the source.
His work pulls from medical massage, neurosomatic therapy, myofascial release, and corrective exercise. Every session is customized. And you'll leave with something to take home — a stretch, an awareness, something your body has been doing that's been working against you. The goal isn't to keep you coming back forever. It's to actually get you better.

Alex's Services
Corrective Bodywork
This is the session for people who are tired of temporary fixes. If you're dealing with chronic pain, postural problems, or a condition that hasn't responded to other treatment, Corrective Bodywork is where we start actually addressing it — not just managing it. Every session begins with a detailed postural assessment and intake conversation before any hands-on work begins. The goal isn't to get you feeling better for a few days. It's to identify and address the structural patterns driving your pain so the results actually hold.

Sports Massage
Built for people who push their bodies — whether that's competitive athletics, weekend sports, or a physically demanding job that leaves you beat up by Friday. Sports Massage zeroes in on the specific muscle groups and movement patterns your activity demands most, combining deep tissue work, assisted stretching, and myofascial release into one session designed around how you actually move. You can stay in athletic clothing throughout if preferred.

Renee's Massage Services
Meet Renee
Renee brings over a decade of massage therapy experience to her practice — and her deep understanding of the body informs every treatment she gives. Her specialty within massage is Lymphatic Drainage, one of the most sought-after and effective treatments for recovery, inflammation, and immune support.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle, light-touch massage that helps direct lymphatic fluid toward the lymph nodes, supporting your body's natural detoxification and immune function. It reduces swelling and inflammation, relieves allergy and sinus congestion, and promotes overall wellness.
It's one of the most in-demand treatments for post-cosmetic surgery recovery — including BBL, liposuction, tummy tuck, and facelift procedures. Proper lymphatic work after surgery significantly reduces swelling, speeds healing, and improves results. If you've had or are planning a cosmetic procedure, this is an essential part of your recovery.
Lymphatic Drainage is also an important and deeply supportive treatment for those recovering from breast cancer surgery or mastectomy, and for clients managing lymphedema. Renee works with sensitivity and care, understanding that these clients need a therapist they can trust with both their body and their comfort.

Shared Services
Restorative Therapeutic Massage
Not every session needs to be corrective work. Sometimes the most therapeutic thing you can do is give your body permission to fully let go. The Restorative Therapeutic Massage is a deeper, more intentional experience than a standard relaxation massage — blending flowing Swedish technique with focused deeper work where your body asks for it. Complimentary enhancements including hot stones, aromatherapy, or cupping are incorporated based on what your body needs that day, not as an upcharge but as part of how we work.

Signature Couples Massage
Two people, two completely different bodies, two fully customized sessions — happening side by side in the same room at the same time. One of you might need deep corrective work. The other might want pure relaxation. Both of you get exactly what your body needs, not a compromise version of the same massage. Complimentary enhancements — hot stones, cupping, gua sha, aromatherapy — are included where appropriate for each person. Perfect for anniversaries, birthdays, or simply investing in each other. Book early — couples availability is limited.

Client Reviews
"This is not a regular massage therapist — in the best of ways. I had a mysterious thing going on with my arm and shoulder for 3 months, significantly affecting my life. I'd been to chiro and spine specialists with no relief. Alex had researched my symptoms, asked further questions, and showed me exactly where my pain was originating — something no one else had taken the time to do. He listens, cares, and researches. I felt heard. And I'm not hurting right now. I've never had a massage like this before, and I've had lots."
"Alex alleviated chronic pain I've been dealing with for years. He is very welcoming and walks through a thorough head to toe history. He helped my severe TMJ issue that I get Botox for — since there's no way I'm getting jaw surgery — and my hip flexor and hip misalignment issues that cause a slew of other problems. I've never had such an in-depth massage that truly targeted my problem areas."
"I'm an avid golfer and have had several different back injuries. I went to a chiropractor 3 times a week for 6 weeks and an orthopedic surgeon — neither brought much relief or any insight into what the problem was. Within 10 minutes Alex had it located and brought me relief. I played golf the next day and shot 77."
